I have been busy sewing the last week. I have been working on a wedding that I have to create five satin gowns and matching jackets. I took a little time off from that job to create a purse for my sister's birthday. Her name is Melody so I chose a selection of black and white fabrics including a lining of musical notes. Hopefully she will like it. I really need to get some more of my purses ready for my Etsy.com shop.

You've been busy, to say the least. I love that purse! I'm sure Melody will love it too. Who wouldn't?! So cute. Thanks for sharing. -Tammy

Hi Mary Ann!
Your handbag is gorgeous! Love the black & white. I found you though A Gathering Place, Rebecca, and happily discovered we are neighbors in Ohio! I'm in Pickerington, SE of Columbus. I used to have a craft booth at Finders Keepers Craft Mall in Newark. I love the photos of the cows and deer you posted. It's so pretty around your area and down through Lancaster & Zanesville.
Maybe we could meet sometime for an outing.
Hugs, Sherry - your Ohio neighbor!
Your sister is blessed to have you, she will love that lovely purse. I love the combination of fabrics. I popped in from Country Dreaming and am sooo glad I did.
Have a wonderfully blessed day!!!
