2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese 2 - 8 count packages cresant rolls 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg yolk (save the white) 2 teaspoons lemon juice ( this can be omitted) 1 teaspoon vanilla
Line a 9"X13" pan with one package of the cresant rolls.
Cream together cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Spread mixture of top of rolls. Place second package of rolls on top of cream cheese mixture. Brush the egg white of the top layer. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon over the egg white Bake @ 375 degrees 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake.
