The Apron Surprise!

The Apron Surprise!

I have been busy sewing lots of sweet aprons.  As a surprise for my blog friends...I listed them in my Etsy shop at half price and also have made the shipping half off!! I am not announcing this to anyone else...just my fellow bloggers. This special surprise will end on Sunday night and will then go back to regular price. If you want one at the price you will have to get it before the clock strikes midnight!

Please visit my shop Handcrafted by Mary Ann Miller.

Here are some aprons that are listed currently.....

Mary Ann,

Your aprons bring back so many wonderful memories of my mother and great grandmother. My g-grandma was a Cherokee Indian. When one of us got sick, she would gather herbs and roots in her apron, bring them home, and cook up a tonic for us. I think we got well just to avoid the awful taste. But I do so dearly remember her and her beautiful aprons.

My Mother made her own aprons and used them faithfully. She still dons an apron for cooking the huge family meals that all of us enjoy so much.

Oh, the great comfort of beautiful memories. Thank you for this lovely post.

In Grace,
Marie
